RATES STARTS AT $129.00 We charge based on the amount and type of junk we remove and the labor required to do the removal and accessibility! We provide up-front all-inclusive One Flat Fair Rate that will include labor to load/unload, Transportation, dump disposal or recycling fee and fuel for transportation. There is no hourly rate, special item fee or any hidden fee or surcharge. ONE FLAT UP-FRONT FEE!!

At BAYPRO, we offer affordable junk removal rates for removal and hauling in all over San Francisco, Oakland, Alameda and Berkeley. Our flat rates are straightforward.
Keep in mind that the starting price is our base rate for a minimum items pick-up. The actual cost will depend on where you are located, how many items need to be removed, accessibility to get the items from the premise to the truck. Items like refrigerators, tires, mattresses and stoves can also cost a little more to dispose of because of the local disposal special fee to recycle.

How Do We Calculate Junk Removal Rates?

- We offer a 10% recycle discount for loads containing a 45% minimum of recyclable materials such as metal, paper, cardboard, etc.
- We also offer 20% Off for the front yard or curb pick up.
- Heavy material (dirt, concrete, construction debris) may cost a little more than regular trash (weigh and labor increase rate)
- Wet paints (HAZARDOUS) – Special disposal fee if over 5 gallons
- Special Pickup Dates and Times – $50 extra charge for Junk pickup Special Events or late-night pickup.

How much does junk removal cost with Baypro?
At Baypro junk removal, our starting price is $129. Typically this will include a single piece of furniture like a dresser, mattress, bed frame or about 7- 12 bags of trash. Once you schedule a time with us, we estimate if you exceed the starting price and give you a one upfront price at the site. All-inclusive, with no hidden charges, unlike many other companies who add additional cost for the weight and amount of junk afterwards.
What do you do with my items?
It depends on the item we take from you. If the things are in good condition, we can donate them to charities or give them away for free. If we’re taking electronic appliances or e-waste, most of them will be recycled to be reprocessed correctly. We try to keep the junk amount as low as possible that goes to the landfills.
Do you take Paint or household hazardous material?
Unlike most junk removal companies, Baypro will take all your household paint cans or household hazardous material for proper recycling, no matter the volume, we will take it.
Do I have to load the dumpster or truck myself?
No you don’t . Your service fee typically covers the employee labor required to get your stuff loaded up into the truck. Some customers don’t even have to be present at the time of the service. Just leave your junk in a designated place (like curb, backyard or front door) and it’lll be gone before you know it.
What is a Full Service Junk Removal?
Full Service means that Baypro will come pick up any type of junk from anywhere in your home or office, we will do all the loading and unloading , transportation and proper disposal and sorting for recycling. All this for a one Upfront flat fee.
Is There anything I can’t get rid of using Baypro Junk removal ?
The list of items that our company will accept is pretty lengthy. However, if you have anything potentially hazardous, you should call the company prior to your appointment date to see if we will take it but we will find you a solution of how to get it removed for you.
